OMG so long never update this blog... No
it's not dead yet... lol. I just been rather
busy this few days as ppl keep asking me out since it was the March hols. And everytime I come online I'm tempted to play
Wahjong ^^
Ok so I shall make this an especially long post to compensate for my laziness previously =P
9 March
Zhi wanted to bake
wine chocs & cheesecake (having eaten Mau's) & so, since
I am the only person she knows tt is very free (-.-), I went to her hse to do it. Went to buy ingredients 1st, which
took up lots of time, probably coz we couldn't find the cream cheese tt Mau usually uses... In the end we had to make do with another brand, which packaged their cream cheese in little cubes and is rather ex... T.T and v stupidly we even bought a whole bottle of white wine, only to use like 15 ml of it later. -____-" But Zhi says her father would drink it so it's ok. I didn't pay 4 the wine.. (Aft all, I will only be consuming less than 15 ml of it... -_-)
In the end we
made a mess of the kitchen (worse than ever b4, coz we made 2 kinds of stuff.) I helped clear up a bit since I was partially responsible... The chocolate tt we melted was all over the stove, n there were a lot of dishes tt needed washing... =/ But I left most of it to Zhi coz as usual for such cases I went home late as Zhi always gives
unreliable time estimates tt I will b baq on time -_____-"
So, how was the products? Haha the
wine chocs weren't v good.. Apparently we had more of the wine filling than the choc itself... and the wine filling "
tastes like kaya", according to Zhi although it doesn't taste like anything much in particular to me. -.-
None of my family members tasted any hint of wine -.-" The cheesecake,which I 4got to collect from Zhi until this Sat, fared better.
My mum said it was delicious ^^ I thought so too. But we
used too much biscuit for the base thanks to Zhi who
thought it wasn't enough and
proceeded to crush more biscuits, the
base was really hard to dig out (it was firmly stuck together -.=), and tt
we didn't really hav enough cream cheese which resulted in a miserable looking layer of cheese as compared to the biscuit or the jelly layer... So there's still room 4 improvement...
We found the brand of cream cheese Mau usually uses on Sat, at IMM Giant 4 only $4.05... When Zhi told Mau, Mau felt v scammed coz she
bought a block at $12++... O.O Siao arh, the shop cheat her so much!
10 March Went
bowling with Cai Shi (I shall not type CS as it might b confused with Chong Siang),
Shimin n Cons in the morning. So what is Cons doing there u may ask. Right, this is coz Cai Shi, Shimin n Cons
all wanted to meet me on the same day and the time clashed...
I thought tt aft hanging out with Cai Shi and Shimin from morn till aftnn I could meet Cons in the late aftnn as she wanted to take neoprint of both of us in Sesame Street tee. Lol... However... Cai Shi n Shimin didn't want me to
pang sei them halfway and therefore extended an invite for Cons to join us. Although Cai Shi and Shimin were late, we still managed to secure a bowling alley upon our arrival. Haha I was
the only 1 who got more than 50 for the 1st game, thanks to a tyco strike I dunno how I did. But I'm still quite the
gutter queen T__T... I learnt Cons's stance n just flicked my arm foward (which occasionally works.) and I learnt tt
heavy balls were gd bcoz they will b less likely to change direction (I think everytime I throw
I dun hav strength n therefore it will slowly slant towards the gutter T.T ), so I picked 9 instead of 8. But being the gutter queen tt I am I
lost the 2nd game rather magnificiently (I was the only 1 who didn't get 50 and above *SOB!*)
Aft the 2 games
Kheng Li, Tian Khee and Xinyi came along (we waited relatively long). -__- There was a
bowling competition held at the CSC tt day and so we had to reserve a place, n we had to
wait like 2 hours or more for it. Kheng Li they all were frustrated tt we didn't help them book earlier, but we were
not allowed to book when we asked.... O.o .... So anyway, just to waste time, we
went to Mac to eat. I had already eaten half of Cons's Subway earlier (man the
Student meal is quite a steal) so I didn't buy anything. In fact
Cai Shi had brought along her laptop so tt I can teach her how to change her blogskin, so I just busied myself with tt. But sadly I left Cons out as a result. Cons was
trying to do her hmk there but there wasn't even space on the table to do so, as every1 had occupied the table with their meals... Unable to do her hmk condusively,
Cons was v pissed and decided to leave early. T.T I'm
really sorry for tt T.T
So aft helping Cai Shi change her blogskin (albeit tt
she didn't like it at all, coz I dunno what design she wants), Kheng Li and gang
cancelled the bowling reservations coz
Shimin, Cai Shi n I all dun wanna play anymore (
our fingers hurt, and it's seriously burning a hole in our pockets... =X), so we juz anyhow
shop around West Mall n waste more time (-_-")..... looking at laptops n stuff... (i need a laptop.....!!!!) Then we went
BPP to
accompany Shimin to buy FBTs (coz JJ's PE shorts are pretty uncomfortable to wear. =X) [
i dun think she bought the shorts in the end] n to
find sport shoes for Xinyi [
couldn't find Xinyi's size -.-]...Crappily
we were all bored outta our wits throughout our window shopping (the
guys were more bored than us coz when we went to look as accessories n shoes they couldn't relate, lol...)

Wow very tired from staring at the screen... I shall write abt the rest of the days another time (perhaps tmr).... This is gonna take v long.
