Haha baq 2 update ^^
The trip to the pharmacy didn't take up much time at all. Lol. But it was more enriching than the 1 to the hospital coz the teacher bringing us around spoke louder and clearer. And she knows abt the operations of the pharmacy coz she used to work at tt very same pharmacy we visited b4 becoming a teacher in NYP. Hmm...
The trip has made me more convinced 2 become a retail pharmacist coz it has quite a bit to do with marketing and operations, and instead of facing charts and figures all day 2 find out abt ailments of the patient like in the hospital, we can just directly talk with the patients/customer/consumer/whatever... Haha. Sounds more interesting than lab work (I dun wanna do animal testing, really cruel T_T) or working in the hospital X_x
Haha yes and so this trip took only abt an hr or so. -.- Lol. Waste my money too coz we had to report at NYP b4 gng 2 AMK hub. If we just report directly at AMK it would be cheaper for me, esp now when I've lost my card. Haiz. Still dun wan 2 report loss to SMRT, just hoping against hope tt some1 will find my card. Like the last time when some kind soul found it just tt no 1 informed me tt it was found until 1 mth later!!! RARR. Haha I still am filled with gratitude 2 the swiss cottage guy/gal who found my wallet at tt time on the bus.. he/she totally saved my neoprints from pri 6 to sec 3 and other precious personal belongings. Too bad I dunno who the kind soul was. T_T
Then aft the pharmacy trip we just briefly did a crossword which was quite spastic.. It had qns tt had no relevance 2 pharmacies at all, like "AMK hub. It's all about ____?" LOL. (In case u r wondering, the ans is "you".) Haha. Thank goodness Amos knew the ans. Or we'll hav 2 ask the information counter like what Kok Leong and grp did. Despo times call for despo measures XD
Aft tt I thot of meeting Pam they all but it was too early. They were all still at woodlands T_T So I followed Christina 2 her piano lesson at Dhoby Ghaut whr I sat outside waiting for her lessons 2 end O_o, and studied Malay while at it coz there's supposed 2 b a test on the next day (which fortunately did not materialise.. I can rmb things like "jangkitan telinga" {ear infection} but I can't even rmb left and right in Malay. LOL.) Then walked around with Christina & drank a medium cup of milk tea from Mos (darn full. Christina still gave me some frm her large cup O_O *horrors...*) Talked crap for quite a bit waiting for time to pass.. Then Pam gave me a call informing me tt she and Wanyi had alr reached O_o.. Bid farewell 2 christina and headed 2 Orchard..
Haha met Chong Siang thr instead. Almost couldn't recognise him coz he dressed quite smartly O_o cool. Anyways we 2 road noobs (directly translated, lol) had a hard time finding Wanyi and Pam. X_x Hahas.
So finally when we all met we just wandered around shopping for a bit... Looking at books at Kinokuniya... Then walked 2 Paragon, coz we wanna go 2 Crystal Jade. Turns out tt the branch thr is of the 'high class' type n therefore unafforable by any means.. Was relieved 2 find Fish & Co. in the same block. Lol. And amazingly I was the only 1 among them tt has eaten Fish & Co. b4. O_O Wow.
Anyway, the bill was terrifying X_X See what I mean..
Yes. For just the 4 of us. Ouch. And we agreed 2 treat Wanyi 2 the meal as a belated bday gift, so Pam, CS and I paid quite a bit.. (with poor CS paying the most coz he bought the most expensive meal.. haix. X_x)
Lol. I totally rolled over with laughter at Pam's caption to this picture. =X Too bad we nvr take a pic of the receipt with the signature frm the 3 of us (darn spastic right, we still go n sign, LOL.) as a 'proof' tt we gave Wanyi a present. ROFL.
Sadly, I needed 2 go baq home early coz I thot there was a Malay test (and there wasn't -.-)... CS invited me 2 join them 2 ice-skate on Wed. I wonder if I shld go.. (thinks abt disastrous biking incident not too long ago.. T___T)
Haha and today met with Cai Shi, Shimin and Jaslin to eat at BPP's Cafe Cartel. (Actually I'm alr broke but still.. for the sake of seeing them again.. V darn long nvr meet up with them le T_T) Talked lots of crap, catch up with what's happening in their lives. Haha. Makes me quite reminiscent of the gd old times in BP (esp the sec 2 days, spent studying moderately.. and of coz, basketball and more basketball =DDDD)
Walked ard BPP in circles until we were giddy b4 finally parting. Hahaz. Hopefully I'll see them sometime soon, playing mahjong at SM's hse or the like. And get ZW, Mau and mayb even Jia Juan 2 join us!! XDDDD
Writing abt all these remind me tt I haven't seen Wanting, Dong Hui and gang in ages.. (esp Dong Hui and Ting En...Hopefully can spare some time during this mid-sem break 2 meet them =D)
Feel slightly more free now coz Zhi and Cons went to Malaysia and Perth respectively. Hopefully they're doing great thr. And Zhi still SMSes me frm time to time. I'm quite scared the stored value in my card will b quickly depleted due 2 this T_T (I'm broke, broke, broke. *SOBS!*)
