Went to Waseda Shibuya High Sch on 18 Sep (with the Jap Club). It's located somewhr along Jurong West. A rather ulu area... This place is kinda as close to Japan as u can get, w/o leaving Singapore. Haha. The typical gakusee-sai (sch festival), just tt it's in S'pore :)
Be horrified by their fervent imagination of muscled pokemon... Ash is scrawny next to them! Horrors.
Largest paper crane I've ever seen in my life.. The whole place is totally decorated with paper cranes.
1 of the classrooms feat. a detective game event. Didn't get in thr, though.
The classroom tt is pokemon crazy!!! Erm. I didn't go in there coz I was following others frm the Jap club. Elaine went in though, and played pokemon related games like "pick the pokeball out of all the voltorbs" (or vice versa, I kinda forgot. Lol.)
1 of the traditional games (hook the water filled balloon). Man, the moment the string with the hook is dipped in water it's practically useless! The hook will dislodge itself! [therefore explaining the crouching and scouring for hooks to the balloon that isn't in the water...)

There's even space to hold rock concerts in the canteen...
Other decos around the classroom block area.Tt's abt all the pics I took, although it doesn't really surmise what was my trip like. Mainly wasted a lot of time waiting for campus tour and slacking around aft the Jap Club's music and dance grp's performance was over.
Didn't get to visit the obakeyashiki (haunted house) either. Long queues... By the time we went there they weren't letting any1 else join the queue alr.
Went to the trad. games stall (I mean classroom), and another classroom called 'oh! no light!' stall. Contrary to its name it's actually quite fun. They blindfolded us and made us walk all around the classroom with all kinds of werid traps ahead. Pretty cool. It made me imagine tt I was walking in a dark tunnel and a cave with spider webs (actually rubber bands). It might sound lame but I thot it was really cool.
Rushed down to the canteen aft tt to eat curry rice. Shldn't hav picked the chicken curry. There was barely any chicken in it. In comparison, the beef curry had lots of beef in it (according to Elaine). T_T
Overall, omoishiroi desu yo. (Interesting). A new experience.. It would have been better if I went with ppl I was familiar with and had more time to play more games there. Lol.
